Yes bud still busy with it & close to completion but not using DSG. DSG have problems with high hp. Will have to upgrade the bearings on the manual box. The casings on these boxes are very soft and with serious torque the gears forces them self's apart and cracks the casing.
Nice. That indeed sounds like the safer option if those boxes are prone to doing that. You better take spare drive shafts with you to Crail.. 
Fingers crossed I've got my forged pistons and rods in time for this, expect heated runs between me and the mrs up the strip lol
