haha how much would you do it for, its due this month, is it a must do sort of job and my tax is due this month too :(

Ive done my first service, however I think a fiver might be a little unrealistic for most people.

Menu pricing has it around 130 so depending on labour rate sounds about right. (that was based on 80 per hour)

So it's £130 for some oil and a filter !

Glad I paid £99 up front for service one and two. Result

Tis a good deal that one.

But remember labour is around 80 per hour so you can see how a service is 130.

I did on saturday my 15000 km service. For 5 liters of oil(1 spare), cabin filter, oil filter, fuel filter, lubrication, GVI, intake cleaning , injector cleaning, G12 fluid, 160 Euros. The service was not done in a Seat Dealer but instead in an authorised and qualified mechanic according to new EU regulations.

What fuel injector cleaner would you recommend.

I think STP is good, or was.

I used the Protec Injector Cleaner, i wouldnt be able to tell you which one is better, but i would imagine STP is also a good one.

ok.
On the web they say chevron techron is very good , but i don,t think you can get it in uk.

In all fairness the best way to clean your injectors is with ultrasonic, it costs rougly 100 Euros around here but it is not needed at 15.000 km, more likely at 80.000km. I used the fluid solution as i want all the best for my baby haha and used it mainly as a precaution IF there was any dirt.

Have you tried ebay for the Chevron techron?
