Basically I want rid of my Boc, stupid mistake getting finance out on this car, my circumstances have now changed and I need to sell basically.

Is it possible to sell the car, get the money from the buyer, pay the finance company off, pay any difference there may be then let the buyer have the car? Or would I have to find the money myself (Bank Loan) to pay the finance off, sell the car, then pay back the bank loan once I've sold the car?

Any help would be appreciated here!

Think your best bet would be to speak to the finance company I'm sure they will have systems in place for this sort of thing.

You can though many people are weary if buying a car that still has finance even if the seller assures the buyer they will pay it off. You shouldn't have any issues though tbh finance is a nessacary evil so many people Have come across it and should understand you're situation

Got much equity left in it?

Mines 11plate and first off I got was 9k from ford, I said I'd want at least another 1-2k and they came back with 10600. Intending on getting more though via dealer or private sale(if anyone wants it :))

Speak with the finance company and get there advice, I suspect they will be more helpful than you think.

Secondly... These bocs and cupra's don't seem great at holding value.

A white boc with a few optional extras will stand the best chance of not loosing too much value
