sensitive car alarm?

i had my altea parked up and locked on the drive today and suddenly heard the alarm going off- this had never happened before so i was expecting the worst. i got outside but there was nothing wrong with it and when i opened it up there was nothing inside except a ladybird flying about, could it be that the ladybird triggered the car alarm or is this likely to become a tedious fault??

Yes. I've had flies set mine off before. But it usually just sets the indicators off and not the alarm siren.

I've had the alarm going by walking past the thing (windows open - e.g.warm day). flies could set it off i guess!

I had a spider set mine off, i wouldn't worry about it unless it starts going off for no reason
