Hi

I have a 2001 Seat Ibiza 1.4 Which has done 46k miles.

Does anyone know how much a service would cost and does anyone have any recommendations in Sheffield?

I guess you're just talking about a basic oil/oil filter/air filter change?

In a dealer, you're looking at easily £100-£150...
If you can get the parts yourself, any garage should be able to do it for an hour's labour, possibly less.
No idea on any recommendations I'm afraid, I'm a bit too far south...
