Hi,car is coming up to a service, just wanted to know where i can get uprated plugs,leads and stuff from. its a 2.0 16v cordy! any ideas?!

I think you are wasting your money, the standard NGK plugs and Beru/Quantum leads are fine.

as Ed has said, standard plugs and leads are the best value for money option.

you don't really gain any performance etc by using 'performance' parts......

Cheers for your comments great help... but gone for standard plugs sparks as there aint really any uprated parts for them so playing it safe with this service but cheers guys!
