SFS Oversized TIP

Well it's pay day and I'm thinking i may treat myself...now the oversize tip ive found is this bad boy http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/390547090905?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649

Or from SFS http://www.sfsperformance.co.uk/prod_carkits.asp?make=seat I'm guessing its part no. AH15/A since my engine code is AUQ for the oversized version

Could someone just confirm that I'm right here before I go forking out may even try my luck and get the ebay one cheaper!

I'm sure if that's the listing for it with best offer so you could probably get it for about 125 quid (I can't work out if your listing is best offer or not as I'm on the mobile)

I bought that exact eBay TIP, put a cheeky "110 delivered offer" and had a counter offer of 120.. bargain

Quality is spot on to! should see an improvement over the stock TIP

As my new turbo is en route, thought it would only be right to treat myself to one of these! I have read they are a bit of a pain to fit, but what is the length like for going to the standard airbox, will I need to trim it or add a spacer etc?

I could just go and look lol but what are each of the connections on the TIP? I know there is the DV, N75 and "hockey puck" but what's the other one near the top and the one down beside the turbo for?

I have fitted one of these to my auq leon but it did not reach the airbox in my case as it was a bit short I tried to stretch it to the air box but it squashed/deformed the pipe it would fit ok if you have a induction kit they are awkward to fit as they are a lot bigger than the standard tip and as I didn't have a spare induction kit to hand I ended up having to put my standard tip back on and never bothered again grazed knuckles for nothing :-(

Well I found that purple silicone is stupidly expensive so red it was to go with the black body colour lol...surely the red is +5 bhp alone

Purple's only expensive because it adds 15bhp
