Should I do this?

Been into stanced cars for a while. Had a Golf like this before;

and before that a Corsa like this;

So am no stranger to dodging potholes, speedbumps, and going through oil pans, never been through a driveshaft i'm proud to say. :D But think the FR would look clean slammed on MkV/VI 18"x8j Monza alloys with 205/35r18 profile tires on it. Know i'd have to fit 5x100 to 5x112 pcd adapters, and spcae the wheels, as those are ET45 compared to current ET35 so would rub like ****!!! But seeing as adapters are min 15mm spacing, and a 25mm adapter would make it ET20 all round which would make the gap to the suspension same as current. I think it'd work really well. ;)

But what about you guys???

This how she currently looks. 30mm low.

Is this really a question........ But good luck getting it as low as your shop ;) Im running no helpers, adjusters, spacers and stripped the coilovers to bare minimum and sitting on 10mm bumpstops. Im on 18's so sits a tad higher than it would on 17's but these mk5s are an arse to get low :p

Yeah. From what i've seen on here. They look an ass. What make coilovers you run? There must be a way to make them sit on their ass!!! If not, will just have to go air. But I prefer sitting static. :cool:

I run Ta-Technix and me and Daniel run the lowest mk5's in the UK. He was running v-maxx coilovers from a mk4 ibiza but is now going for air as you physicaly cant go any lower on coilovers unless you start raising the strut mounts or cutting and rewelding the mounting points on the coilovers etc...
