i dunno mate..you know what they are like..this one was a highways agency lorry..not a local council one.
they would prob just fob me off in some way.

did abit of pipe work today..already had blanked my egr so seeing as going front mount intercooler soon i thought i may as well go egr delete pipe to make things easier.

well the bumpers back from repaint...gonna give it a few days before re fitting as needs a good flat and polish..
while it was away I modded my fogs to take smd angel eye rings...like I did with my facelift ones.
on these fogs they are all sealed so it was a case of heat gun to ease the glass off..insert the smds, then re-seal the glass..

looks nice and clean. is your intercooler off centre?
the pictures show your splitter a lot better does it meet the edge of the bumper under the fog lights?

yeh mate..intercooler is off centre due to inlet behing in the way of the bumper bar..

but for me..function over form is the name of the game...plus I didn't want to show it off so that's why I painted it black.

and yeh..splitter does meet the edge of the bumper...its very flexable so can be positioned were you like

i agree with function over form.
i really like that splitter its got to be the best ive seen fitted to a cupra bumper certainly 100% better than the lcr splitter fitment to the cupra bumper although they loook ok on the fr bumper.
im just put off putting screws through my bumper otherwise id probably have a laguna or alternative fitted my bumper.

cheers mate..i have to admit..i like the splitter too...lcrs are everywhere, plus don't fit right on these bumpers..
I felt abit warey,as I bought my bumper brand new..so putting holes in it did tighten the backside..but even with the splitter removed you cant see anything as the holes are right underneath..

but its well worth it.:D

Nice updates, I think if I ever get a fmic I'll be doing something similar :)

I've absolutely love the splitter if it didn't have the holes in it
