Sidelight bulb holders loose

Hi

Are the sidelight bulb holders on these cars rubbish!? Just changed my sidelight bulbs and they are loose. I see there are two prongs on the holder but they don't protrude enough to create a snug fit once in the headlight.

You probably broke that metal thing on the side... That acts as a spring to secure it.

When removing you can't force them, you need to push to the side first and then remove it, it should get out pretty easy, never force it!

I mean the sidelights, the 4 within the headlights.

Do you mean the actual bulbs themselves are loose and won't stay in or do you mean the actual holder?
I remember when changing the outer sidelights, when I put them back into the hole where it goes it was rather loose took a good while to get it shoved right in as without pushing them right in they were "loose".

It's the actual black holders the bulbs sit it. On the side of this I see two clips that should fit snug once pushed in but mine don't do anything. I push the holder back in and it just wobbles about!

I am pretty sure I have them all the way in. Maybe the little clips on the holders no good.
