i think after what i have been reading up APR seem to be the only way to go £500 upfront but apparently its free updates so when you then add filter and exhaust Stage 2 is then free.

Today i have been playing with my car. first up i decided i wanted to change the lights. so a light smoke tint film added

Also got round to finishing my engine cover. didnt have any black vinyl so did it in grey for now. think ill take it off and spray it when i get a chance to get it black.

you can see where i filled in the slope on the top left corner for the MAF sensor. so its more square

Here you can see where i cut the side bit off and then fibreglassed the end on to keep the line constant.

Looking good Lee, what did you use for the rear lights? Lamin-X?

Like your handy work on the engine cover aswell

Not sure on the make got it cheap on eBay. Think the cover came out ok but will defo need a respray need to sort the cold feed out but I am not having thoughts

I'm not sure. 120d or 123d cabrio! Tt tdi cabrio! Something cabrio next and diesel but something that's not to feminin like the eos

today i needed to sort a few more thigns out on my car. first up investigate the banging exhaust. car jakced up and this removed.

ordered a new one from Blueflame

to go with my all black look i am after i made a start on the grill. decided i would try shaddow chroming (ghost chroming in USA) basically using TINT spray to darken the chrome up.

then did the rear

car is back on the road at long last. waiting for credit card still to sort the clutch but its getting there now

first up oil leak was looked in to looks like it was just oil they hadnt cleaned off the filter housing apparently. whilst it was in they were mean to move the rear C clamp an inch back to stop it hitting the rear subframe. but what they did was move it down so its sits a little low now BUT no more BANGING!!!!!! RESULT!!!

also whilst it was in had the mini valet done to see how bad the Swirl was getting on my car. whats the best way to get rid of swirl??

just thought id ask you lot for your advise on what colour to get my wheels refurbed.

to go with my all dark look and maybe get some small sticker down the side like so

or remove sticker and go for something a little different on the leon

what do you guys think??
