SMRC at Knockhill

Was up at Knockhill watching the final rounds of the Scottish sports and saloon cars, mainly to see the awesome Ford Focus of Andrew Gallacher, 650bhp of 4WD fire-spitting fun. He won the championship for the 2nd year running, this pic sums up why I go to watch ... :

That is Charlie Shaw in Andrews old car, running 575bhp - 3 Ford's took 1,2 and 3 in the races, 2 4WD Focus and Stewart Whyte in an Escort Cosworth.

Awesome racing with the Focus's, EVO's, Lambos, Porsche's and even an EVO-engined fiesta!

2nd race was yes, 1st race was dry but spitting rain a little. Andy knew he'd won the championship so he started show-boating for the crowds at the hairpin ..... powersliding sideways round the hairpin, which drew cheers from the crowds!!!

That EVO is prepped by one of my mates, its pretty quick fella that drives it ain't to hot but he's still a novice, been trying to keep up with it on MotorsTV due to work!
Andy tho, too quick and too good!
