Noticed my car is sat a little lower one side than the other thismorning. That and a wierd cracking noise ive been hearing for a few days seas to mi ive got a snapped spring.

Who supplies them with the correct poundage and height in mind?

Im sure ive read somewhere on here that the Cupra R has lowered and uprated springs on them as standard?
I'll be replacing them as a pair and dont want my car pointing at the sky when its done.

Still trying to get through to TPS but the lines are busy + if i remember, when i replaced my strut top bushes they were like £130+vat each if memory serves!

Anyone know who to use?
2004 Leon Cupra R front springs required.
Cheers Rich

I havnt looked to be honest. Parked in the yard, noticed the drop one side then went off in my lorry.
Ive got my doubts there will be any markings on the springs by now. At best, they look a little shabby.

You'd be surprised, the coloured paint spots on VAG springs are pretty robust and usually found after a good clean up.

Here is the coloured dots from rear springs I ordered a good few years ago. I assume all Cupra Rs have the same dots.

Im going to jack the car up Monday to see the spring condition.
If i need a spring, I'll look for paint dots.
