Spotters Guide has been updated for Snetterton and available on the main site.

Note, the BTC Racing Toledo's will not be at Snetterton! Stockton plans to return for the next round, but I think Oliver has gone back to trucks full-time

Thanks to all at the "seatcupra.net hospitality suite" (lol), for the warm welcome, you made us feel at home

Oh, and thanks for the coffees too.

Fantastic day out....good racing and yeah shame about last race. Kev wanted to brake Giovanardi's legs when we saw him in the pit lane....should i have let him lol.
By the way ...the gazebo looked the dogs :D

Hi all, yep as said above good days racing indeed, does anybody know the problem on the last race? somthing was said over the tanoy about turbo problems on both cars .

Also thought "driver of the day" should go to the day glow orange cupra driver in the seatcupra cup, purley for keeping the thing on the track, mostly sideways though. The car had some serious set-up issues i think and although finishing around last all day, it got the biggest cheer of the field at the end or each race. :D

We spent most of the day at "russells" but we did make it over to the scn tent at lunch time but it was mostly deserted apart from a couple of people sticking an "8v" badge on somebodys LCR, which was quite amusing :)

Also on the way there this morning on the A146 from Beccles to Norwich we had a white 08 plate Leon Cupra behind, looks nice was it anybody off here?

Yes excellent weekend, shame about the last race, but good results still make it interesting.

With regards to the "hospitality Tent",

We managed to erect the tent late Saturday afternoon without problem, well , having a few beers before hand made it take longer than expected.

All looked well, until Sunday morning, the management of the course came over and asked us our intentions. They honestly thought we were corporate hospitality and as we hadnt paid to do it, they told us to take it down. Another reason was that the retail tents had complained about our blatent advertising of Seatcupra.net, we thought this was a ploy though to justity their decision of removal.

So we had a tense stand off ( all in good humour though ) until we had a meeting with the management.

So basically as we hadnt asked permission and Seat had not been allocated Group parking they were not particularly happy.

After we reliably informed then, that we were nothing to do with Seat UK, we were just some crazy enthusiasts with a big tent, apologised a million times to the course management that it wont ever happen again, they agreed that the tent could say.

So a big thank you to the management at Snetterton, we were wrong in not asking permission and its a lesson learnt for future events.

Hope you all enjoyed the facilities and roll on Oulton Park.

The "seatcupra.net hospitality suite", (or so the organisers were convinced it was)

Its just a big tent
