Snow drive profile

Hi all,

I have Cupra Terramar 2.0 TSI 204PS DSG 4Drive.
In drive profile selection I have following modes: Comfort, Performance, Individual and Off Road.
However, in owner's manual for Snow profile it state "Only for 4Drive models. Not available for PHEV hybrid vehicles".
Thing is - this note is same for Off-Road and Snow profiles.

As my vehicle is 4Drive model and I do have Off Road mode, why is Snow mode missing even owners manual state it should be present for 4Drive models?

I did send message to cupra support in my country 4-5 months ago, they even asked picture from infotainment which show that Snow mode is not available.
Apparently they did sent question to factory and I still did not receive any answer. I did remind them 2 months ago but answer was they still wait answer from factory.
Which I am sure they will never get

My guess is that it is only there for VZ models but than it should have note same as for CUPRA mode, not one stating it is only available for 4Drive models because 2.0TSI 204PS is also 4Drive model even it is not VZ.

Hi, have you looked at the online brochure for the car, that usually lists all the detailed specs for each model to see if it should be there.
