not bad, thought they would have the vauxhall logo on but the picture doesnt show it but then again it could be any picture, £50 there the cheapest ive seen for a pair

is there a minimum amount of snow that has to be on the ground before you use them?
are snow socks any good in general

its trying to get the right balance though because with us (me and jc boc) are in the south and wont get as much snow as the northern people and when we do get snow we dont get that much realistically but even then we cant always garentee getting it every year. in the long run for £50 it could stop us kerbing the wheels and paying £60+ for refurb

Yeah I guess so. I'm in Surrey (South West of London), so I'm in the same boat as you.

Good point about the cost of refurbs etc. Snow socks are usually front end, and wouldn't necessarily stop skidding/sliding, as back ends will not be stopped from sliding out unless you bought 2 pairs (one for back as well....)

could get 2 pairs for both front and rear, not exactly hard to fit and would only take 5 mins to remove and fit

Could have done with them today, took me 9 hours to drive from Birmingham to South Wales a journey that usually takes me 3 hours!

front wing all dented wing mirror completely off and door has some dents scratch on window from the mirror hitting it. No paint damage though as it was a soft impact just hit an underrun bar prob a couple of grand to put right. First at fault accident in 16 years of legal driving gutted :(

Surely you have a protected no-claims policy then?

I'm personally not bothering to drive anywhere in my beeza in this snow... just getting a lift from my dad in his defender.. Went to a large, open, snow-filled car park yesterday and spent 20 minutes drifting. So epic :p

With these, do you have to take them off, the second you reach tarmac?
