Seem to be preserving the German VAG factories. Wonder if the Chinese VAG factory is producing those. You'd just switch production to China.

Last i heard the successor to the Q8 e-tron will be manufactured in Mexico but things can change quickly in the US/Mexico car business and other reports suggest the Q8 will just stop being produced as there is not enough demand.

That's correct, Q8, A4 and other models will be cancelled without replacement. The A4 will be replaced by the A5
