I dont know when they became part of the Holdcroft group but they were OK when my mate had waranty work done a few months ago.
It's been a year or so at least. Recently noticed the long-established sales people have left, being replaced by lads in their early 20's... A bad sign.
Sometimes the dealer will offer a better trade in price if you are getting finance through them as well. They make the money back this way, whilst you think you are getting a good trade in deal.
