Not a lot to be fair but I need it to tap the wmi nozzle into it also I think as I don't have the battery in the front I'm going to re route the pipe and get rid of the S bend and go strait into the throttle body

How are you getting on with the cage mate? You gonna keep the pipes shiney in the bay, or will it keep to the stealth theme? Still can't get over those wheels :-o I remember first seeing them on a Mk 4 Golf that had been a cover car for PVW last year. Just immense... How are they sitting these days, ride height wise?

Love the direction you've taken this... So opposite from what I like about mine, but yet I'm drawn to it :D Kinda like Kate's dirty sister ;)

I'm trying my hardest to get the cage in before my track day just trying to find some one to weld my points in , at the min the engine is all sprayed in hight temp black with blue hoses but thinking about getting some black crackle paint and doing that , I don't like shiny bits so it will all be black :) , mate I love my wheels I've all ways wated them and they all ways had to be the concave type I still look at my car and still think its not my car , you should have seen the state of my car after the crash I was in I was devastated to say the least as only just had my engine rebuilt , now it looks how I've always wanted it to look and I've even got my self a mag feature as soon as all my bits are in and finished which I for one never ever thought my car would be worthy of a feature

Ride height is as low as it can go on the coilovers the front arches being wider are higher up so make the gap look bigger , I was going to go the whole knotch route but I want to concentrate on track days so once these tyres are worn out I will be getting rid of most of the stretch and will run a 245 /40/18 instead of a 224/40/18
Glad you like it I think it's a marmite car but I love it so that's all that matters

Thank you for your comments :)

Nice one on the Mag feature! It'll be worthy mate. It's so against the norm of how Leons are usually presented, especially on the show scene.

Hope to see it knocking about at the shows this year :)

Had a busy day today had belsey and millsy over to help got rid of the huge front splitter and replaced it with a smaller carbon fibre one, also got the wmi fixed into the boot it still needs the wires run and I need to get a 1/8"Npt tap for the wmi nozzle , got my catch can still to fit , but did fit the map sensor tube and customised the intercooler route as I have never liked the big S bend kink in the hose , also fitted my forge coolant and oil caps and had to put the hks filter back on due to the jetex splitting

The splitter looks awesome! The size of it looks spot on and the CF suits the black of the car really well. Where did you have it made? Is it made out of wood that has been shaped the wrapped?

Looks dandy :)

Splitter came from an rs4 and the best thing it was free :) Fits spot on with the wider wings , I really do love it and like you say it's the perfect size , it's solid carbon not wrapped around wood :)

The ply one was always a test to see if I would smash it to bits which I rarely did I was going to get one from carbon mods there 250 quid on there so wanted to test the ply 1st then this came up for free and fits a treat , soon as my carbon bonnet comes its going to set the front off a lot more :)

My Jetex filter split aswell, right on the neck? Seems the material is abit soft for the jubilee clip, I've ordered a itg filter the neck on them is metal so just a piece of silicon over the maf and the filter should be spot on, worth a thought and there black :)
