My 21 reg Cupra Leon 300 was in garage today to get the sos battery and module replaced as well as 2 software updates, went to pick the car up only to be told, the first update uploaded just fine but they were having trouble with the 2nd update and it needed done to clear the sos warning. Frustrating as they said they would need the car for a 2nd day to ensure the 2nd update uploaded- anyone else had similar issues? Apologies if already posted. I knew about the SOS issue when I got the car just over 4 weeks ago and the dealer booked it in, but they needed it overnight then and couldnt leave it with them overnight as I needed the car then

Software updates can be a really time consuming task and prove to be a nightmare if they won't complete successfully.

I'd imagine there's been a lot of people in the same position as you.
