Sound isolation difference between New Leon and Golf 7

Is there anybody who tested new leon and Golf 7? Especially the gasoline engines. Are there really big differences about road and engine noises between two cars?

I picked up my FR 150 TDi yesterday and I've tested the new A3 and the Leon doesn't feel as refined/quiet as the Audi did...

Ive driven both.

The Golf is very slightly quieter - I dont think its due to sound insulation, it due to the Leons suspension being a bit firmer and transmitting a little bit more road noise.

Still, I bought the Leon. Better looking and £4k cheaper!!!
