Spark Plugs

Tried to remove my spark plugs today but my 'spark plug socket' is too small. Does anyone know what size my plugs will be?

And if they do need replacing can anyone recommend some decent plugs? Not necessarily the most expensive, with a douzen electrodes but decent plugs for this particular type of engine?

You'll have trouble finding the spark plugs going by your TDI username. Don't know what engine you have but the other standard spark plug tool is 13/16's in.. Which fits my Arosa 1.0.
NGK or Bosch plugs are reliable. Ask the partsman for the correct one.
