Speaker Upgrade

Morning all,

I've recently bought an FR and I was wanting to look into upgrading the speakers from the stock ones.

Does anyone know the dimensions and performance of each of the speakers?

I am interested in the answer of your question. Have you found any info about the speakers?
I own a cupra leon and factory's speakers are terrible. So, I am going to replace them.
What have you done with yours? Did you replace them?

Same for me, I got an FR and even beats audio is not really good, so I want to upgrade this as always listen to music at a high level

I haven't managed to take this any further as I cannot find ICE installers local to me to carry out the works.

Just a thought, have you changed the Bluetooth sound setting to 'Loud' in the sound configuration screen?

This made a massive difference in my MK3 and has made an improvement in my MK4 although still not as good as the MK3.

Will updating the speakers work or do you think the maximum volume is 'hardwired' so to speak through the infotainment screen?
