Speed sensor wire?

Hi guys, i have a SPA designs speedometer i want to install. im after the best/easyest place to access the electronic speedo cable? would it be at the rear of the dials? and if poss what colour am i looking for? Cheers guys!

Does anyone have the wiring diagram at all, for the rear of the instrument panel?

take it off the speed sensor on the top of the gearbox, much easier

cheers bud...have now done this (the blue /white wire i believe off the sensor)...hopfully it works as its got a built on 0-60 and 1/4 mile timer.
