Hello i have a Leon 1p 1.8 TSI 2010 Model the speedometer (instrument Cluster) is with the small screen and i found and buy a second hand with the bigger screen. Have any body make the change ? what i need and if somebody have instructions how to remove.
Thanks

Morning, sorry I can't help you with how to remove, but the Instrument Cluster with the Larger MFD only came on cars equipped with Bluetooth as an option, so it may not be straight forward plug and play.

When i got my car in 2008 it was the larger MFD that i wanted rather than the Bluetooth as it does look so much better and has aged better. Good luck .

Interested in the exact same thing. I'd like to add a larger MFD so I can use nav. on it. I wonder what needs to be changed and added to car for that to work.

Maybe I am a bit late to the party, but I can sort of help on how to remove the entire thing, did the same thing on my FL from 2010

For me, I removed the plastic trim around the radio, which covered 2 screws for the AC trim. Then removed the AC cover which covered screws for the speedometer trim.
Unscrew the 3-ish screws which hold down the speedo trim, then unclip that trim and remove the 4 screws which hold down the speedometer.
Pull the speedo out unplug it and you are done.
Most things are only clipped, except the fews screws I mentioned

Should look something like this:
