^^^^that is correct, it is a mk1 leon part that you bend and screw to the under side of your mk2 bumper. This will leave gaps.

People fit them on all sorts of makes of cars.

You could fit one onto your TV if you bend it correctly and screw it in the right places

It is a modification.

I'm afraid I don't understand

The splitter that we can buy from Seat for £20 ...... is for LEON MK1 right ?

For Leon MK2 ....... how much does it cost (if exist) from Seat ?

thanks

There isn't an official Seat splitter available for the MK2 Leon. People have fitted the MK1 Cupra R to their MK2 Leon's.

It's a bit of Marmite thing when fitted to the MK2 Leon as the bumpers are totally different and the MK2's is a lot wider.

It's your choice at the end of the day and for £20 from a Seat dealer you can go wrong if you end up being happy with it.

Good Luck....

oh.. thank you nath and ricky I finally understarnd perfectly.

Does anyone have any pictures of the mk1 splitter fitted on mk2 Leon ?

thank you again, you're very kind.

ehm... I'm so embarrassed :)

I try to explain.... I was thinking that the pics posted previously was showing something different than the stock part (!) like LCR or other aftermarket parts.

Now I can say that the MK1 Cupra R showed in post 7 and 9 is very interesting because lookin good and cheap!!

I'll go tomorrow to dealer and ordering one!

Thanks again, and sorry again for misunderstanding...

LCR is a forum acronym for Leon Cupra R
