ST300 4Drive - Confirming a 7DSG.

Hi All,
New old member here (think account long deleted!)

I am hoping to return to Leon ownership with a 300 ST 4Drive, after a near 20yr gap between Leon's!

I would like a Lux model for the heated seats and a 7speed DSG, so I believe this is the mk3.5 model.

There never seem to be many of these around but one has popped up locally. It is a 68 reg with copper badges. 68 reg cars i think are the cutover between the 6 speed DSG and the 7 speed. Given the link below, do experts think this is likely to be a 7 speed?

Thanks again! Do you have a crib sheet based on number plate or just an expert?

Interestingly, I clicked through from AT to Carsa and on their site they state it is a 7spd. But then they also caveat themselves out of any error, citing 3rd parties rather than them listing the specs.

Stupidly I did a part ex value on my old Mondeo, 2012 Tix 163bhp TDCI. They offered £819 - Thanks. Since then I have had 3 calls, an email with initial terms (?) and and SMS about Finance. What a bunch of spammers! I found them very off-putting, so regardless of whether that was a 6speed or 7speed I wouldn't want to deal with them.
