stage 2+ done

Had my stage 2+ done today, blessed with a little gower power @ R.T.E.C.H. i couldnt believe what my stage 1 map was running with a revo intake, 3" turboback system, autotech HPFP, rev g DV, revo pcv blank....331bhp but it was maxxed out, spikey and running lean. so that groupon cheapo map went and a R.T.E.C.H custom stage 2+ was added. It made 357bhp 369ftlbs thats with a standard intercooler so well happy.

the drive home was very good.

thanks to niki and the R-T.E.C.H team top stuff as usual.

Lol. I'm not dissing the guy at all, he's obviously a very knowledgeable guy. I just didn't think running that kind of power with the standard Cupra cooler was a great idea in the long term lol.

cooling was fine. removing the aircon rad helped alot though.

you sure they remapped it? i made that from my stage 1 with supporting mods.

The s3 cooler people pull their pud over is only slightly thicker with alloy end tanks but those tanks are supposed to make a world of difference when it comes to sustained cooling.

Well I've got a faulty intake manifold flap motor apparently according to AMD when I had the map done, but I can't see that causing me to lose 30bhp?!

Would easily cost you that, get it fixed.

Saw these results on one of the Facebook groups earlier. Great result. How much boost is it running now? No doubt Niki will have tuned with less boost than that.

I'm only on standard cooler as well

I'd be happy with 330 so bet your well pleased with that figure

Did you ask for a smooth progressive map? I'm thinking if asking for that hard limiter extra?

The standard Cupra cooler really does need an upgrade for 2+
