I have carried out as follows, Milltek TB decat Exhaust, Forge TIP, Forge MAP pipe, Forge Throttle body hose, Forge Split-R, Pipercross filter with good air feed, Power Gasket, Poly dog Bush, Lightned G60 Fly and Sachs VR6 clutch, NGK iridiums, New Coilpacks, oil change, fuel n oil filters, Brembo MAX fronts discs, redstuff pads, brembo rear pads....So im ready for my Stage 2 custom map from Big fish tuning.
Only thing i have read that i havnt done as some say yes an some say no need is the 4bar FPR. will i or wont i?

i Ran 14.7 quater standard so with modifications ive done and map i wont be pleased unless i get under 14.0! lol 13's is wat i want.

Standard K1 at the seat meet ran 14.0 so i gotta run 13's lol

John has done testing on both 3 and 4 bar fpr. And having the 4bar in there made no differents from what he found out with logging.

I need to run logs on my car and email them to John. But most Likly he will load my stage 2 map onto it As a starting base and then tweak it further to go with the car. Also while he is doing it ask him to load launch control on to it and tell him what you want your launch rpm at

Only heard of Revo's asking for a 4bar FPR tbh, will mess fueling up unless mapped to it.

he told me he can set it at 50rpm slots so......

1150
1200 and so on

You need to ideally test your car to see what the best rpm is to set it at. Best and only way really

I WILL run 13's once there is no bloody rain gauranteed

4 bar fpr has been on over a year chino will be swapped in the next few weeks to a 3 bar though

kewl i think a few launches will have to be done to see what best rpm would be! will be a change from what i would launch at now as obv i dont have boost at launch just yet!

if i can get in the 13's i will be more than happy!

hoping it will make a huge difference after map!

will update of times when its mapped and ive had it on the strip!

will will never be on boost at launch lol unless u get anti lag

tbh if you aint all that meny miles from john i would have it mapped with out LC, go away then find what you want LC setting at and then go back

I practiced two launches today and found 2300rpm a good launch point

Wen i spoke to Scott o about his cupra and he had lauch control installed from john and his reply was :

Yeh holds revs at whatever you ask for and yeh itl be on boost.

So will it or wont it have boost on launch control?

You'll need it to be in the boost range say 3500rpm. Whats where most of my boost comes in at.

So it will be on boost at launch control around where she spools, so if i set it around 3/4k and see how it launches and can tweek it from there when im at johns!
