Starting from cold on an incline

Apologies if this has been asked before. Purchased a second hand 55 Reg Toledo and have had cold starting problems from the start. I have taking it back to the dealer 5 (!!!) times and problem still not fixed.

Car starts fine in the mornings on level ground or with nose downwards but only starts after about 10 turns on any sort of incline with the nose upwards. This only happens after the car has been standing overnight. Any ideas anyone????

air leak into system allowing fuel to drain back into tank, ALL joints shoud be checked

Have the same problem with a 2006 Leon 2.0 TDI 140, all fuel pipes sound. Does any master Seat Mechanic out there know if there is a one way valve in the fuel supply or return system?. If so where is it?
