Steering wheel controls - Cable?

Hi,

Anyone got any ideas on how I can get the steering wheel controls working on my Leon Reference Sport. It's had the steering wheel changed to an FR one but I believe the cable is not in place. It is a Seat head unit (it plays MP3's if that helps).

Any idea how I get the cable?

How easy is it to connect and get working with the headunit?

Cheers you lovely people

Spot on! I was worried it was something you'd tried yourself.

In which case, i assume it requires a cable from the wiring loom in the steering wheel to the head unit.
I know theres a connection for it on the head unit, but ive not opened up the wheel before so i dont know how the cable runs or where its recessed.

It must be possible, since it can be set up at the factory, but im worried it might involve removing the wheel again. Im sure one of the others (who dismantle their pride and joy on a regular basis) will be along shortly to tell you how easy it is!

Sit tight, im sure helps on the way!
