Steering wheel upgrade on Leon.

Hello everyone I'm wondering if someone could help?
I Have my 2016 Leon SE Technology but hate the steering wheel. Feel a bit to thin for my liking and I'm thinking of changing it.
Iv found some front some seat Ibiza's on eBay around the same year looking identical but just more chunky/thicker. Can anyone tell me if they are compatible or straight swop?
I've had a look on here but not really found anything on my year unless ive missed it somehow, and if I have I apologise.
According to the internet my partner number is 5F0419091L and the wheel I'm looking at on eBay is 5F0419091R so I'm unsure if it will work?
any info would be very appreciated thank you.

As an alternative, how about getting someone like Royal Steering Wheels to recover it?
Will be more expensive, but you'll end up with a wheel that is almost certainly in better condition than a second hand replacement.
