sticky electric window

on my 99' ibiza S the near side (passenger) window is going down fine but coming back up it sounds like its grinding a bit, the motor must be ok if its still going down as quickly as normal.

only reason i'd like it fixed quickly is i have tints and i dont want it jamming up or causing me to have to manually pull the window and risk doing any damage to the door/window/tints etc..

i've been told it may need lubricated a bit, but im unsure (no ghey jokes )
Oh, and the drivers side window is fine, it goes up and down at normal speed!

i had the saem prob with my drivers window, went down fine grinds on way up, used to get stuck as well. took off the door cards turned out that it had slipped slightly in the railing, moved it around tightened it and it seemed to fix it.

tho dont think i tightened it anough coz it sticks again now, just dont wanna crack the window, doing it to tight!
