Stiff Crutch....I mean Clutch

Has anyone else experienced a stiff crutch first thing in the morning?
After driving for about 5 or 10 minutes it becomes a lot softer and I can change gear no problem...but leave her alone for a few hours and it becomes stiff again

Air in your clutch/brake fluid? When was it last changed?

i had a similar problem not so long ago!! but along with that my pedal kept getting stuck on the floor!!!! it was the slave cylinder inside the gearbox!! so whilst the g.box was off i had a new clutch fitted aswell!!!!
