So I now have a couple of issues to solve I don’t seem to be able to get on the the internet,have the My Cupra app but a lot on its deactivated? I phoned Cupra customer care 3 times they told me on Thursday to go to my local dealer with DL a and verify my account. Went to the dealer very helpful who said it looks like its verified. I then tried to phone customer service yesterday but they told me that there was no English speaking rep.available to speak to me !! Not impressed Is it essential you have the a/c verified ? Thanks for any help ..
