Got the kit today, both bulbs blown, 1 broken wire on one, and look like they already used and fitted....

That's not good!
I got my initial 55w kit off ebay, i do 180 miles a day, headlights always on, and they've lasted around two years.
I've had one bulb go s o got the replacement off hid direct, but they all appear new :-/
Hopefully it's just a picking error...
Get it sorted cus hids are the way forward! You can see better, people usually see you lol, and they last ages. Before hids I was replacing headlights every month at £25 per bulb, well a little cheaper as I got my halfords discount lol

They sending me some replacement bulbs, no quibble. Fair play to em atleast. i guess thats WHY i didnt buy from ebay, could have been a different story i guess.

I have the ultra bright Halfords ones in atm, we did some training thing at work where we let staff fit bulbs, and the company let us sell the bulbs to our staff cars at £5 each, so i got the ultras in hi's and Low's.

That's a good deal for the ultra bulbs and at least they are replacing them no quibble!

I've also got a 55w kit and I think they are ace, brighter than some OEM Bi-Xenons fitted to modern cars

Can't wait until I've got some time off in March to fit these projector units. Hopefully they will give me a nice clean cutoff and super bright main and dipped beams. I'll update progress in my RR

Bulbs turned up today... Both sets, they sent me a 6000k aswell as a 5000k set in two different packages.

Got a mate whose after some, he just gotta get some ballasts. So winner Got my bits for pancake pipe mod today too. And a new tshirt, its like xmas at work today.

well i got all my bits for it today aswell, so i couldnt have done it tuesday....but its all here now, may need to order a few more clamps tho. i got Tbolt clamps aswell as jubilee clips, may have make everything tbolts tho, from what i read.

its on a corrogated wall, not the best i suppose, also the color isnt right, theyre nice n white.

left is 55w ballast, 5000k bulbs, and right is 55w ballast and 6000k bulbs, both with led sidelights.
