come down to ace cafe on saturday, we have had a few tuned 2.0TFSI's between us and will be able to tell whether its the car or you lol

mps 3 will kill a cupra round tight bends, not a million miles behind a mapped cupra in a straight line either

the older mps only have singles, my uncle has had both and yes i have never kept up with him but i tease him about his mpg :) but as you say it was only a sport so you shouldve murdered him, id get it RR'd if i was you

I looked at the MPS 3 and it's one quick car. The major issue I had was that the dealer was selling 2 year old models with less than 10k on the clock for 50% of the purchase value. That's some serious depreciation.

this is what it says under mazda mps in this months top gear mag under new car prices.
under TG choice - There's a 256hp MPS but its truly awful. Honestly, you'll have more fun in a 2.2l diesel ( not my words).

Is the oil leak before your oil change at ats?

Yep, under the car there's a bit of oil!? It must be a small leak as there's never been any oil on the floor!?

It's going to ATS tomorrow for the oil / filter change - I'll ask them to have a proper look while on the ramp & got the covers off!

MPS or not - those Mazda's look rubbish and you can always have that to fall back on!

Had an Mps3 and drove it a lot through Germany.
I has a bit of the same problems of the Alfa 147 gta. It's fast in a straight line but you buy it for the motor and for nothing else.
Extremely bad brakes (rapidly overheating), a clear drinking problem, Rust problems (thats what you get once you start using Ford parts), Corroding alloys, shocks dying within two years and a few other niggles (electronics).
Once it rolls it's fast in a straight line but it's clear why it depreciates soo fast and I can't think of a reason why anybody would want one.
