Strut bolts?? Help needed....

Hi i recently fitted a strut brac to the car, but was thinking, do the bolts that secure the strut brace to the struts need to be torqued up to a certain torque rating?
And if so, what does it need to be?

there is no torque rating i dont think...aslong as they are fully done up, it'l make no difference how tight. just dont shear of the head cos that can be annoying

Also put marks on the nut and strut brace to see if they have come undone in future.
