I'm sorry if this has come up before but does anyone know any access points in the firewall to run a wire to the boot for a sub? any help would be great.
I must add I've had my V5 for 14 months now and absolutely love it
I drilled a hole through the bulkhead where the pollen filter housing is, a ballache tbh, couldn't find anywhere better.
Be sure to seal it properly afterwards
p.s. It also gives you a chance to seal the pollen filter housing with a bead of silicone, to be sure it will never leak..
I haven't got round to wiring the Amp yet due to various problems and was wondering

I fitted the amp in my mates Leon ages ago before I even had a seat and seem to remember there was a 'blank' grommet with nothing going through it just under or near to the pollen filter housing which i simply poked a hole through with my screwdriver so shouldn't be any need for drilling. I've just got a sub for my Toledo so will be doing my soon hopefully. I'll be having a look next time I get a chance so I'll let you know
Take the glove box out mate and you'll easilly be able to find the grommet.
Then just run the wires under the inside sill plastic and then under the rear seat into the boot
