I have been recently looking into this, how did you approach getting the foam surround sorted? Part# appears to be 83A012109N, which is shared with the Q3.. price is steep at ~£130 for just the foam, when the entire kit option from manufacturer is £200..

I came across this thread particularly because of the mention of modifying the bolt, how are the VZ2 with the Sennheiser audio system setup in the boot then? Noticed you have the America's Cup edition, but the layout would be the same in this case. This 'official' bolt states "without cupra sound only".

Not sure if anything else would be required, though I'm unsure how the face of the wheel fits below the sub enclosure/plastic middle trim, do you have any photos that you could share, what tyre size did you get? 145/85 R18?
