Does the electric sunroof as fitted to the Leon slide and tilt???

Also, does it have an internal sunblind within it???

Yes, the electric sunroof slides & tilts + it comes with the sliding internal sunblind, I've got one fitted in my FR.

It also closes by remote control if you hold the lock button down!!
