Suspension bushes for mk1 - need of advice

Hi guys,

i need someone knowledgeable to please tell me what size Front Wishbone Front Bush i have on my mk1 leon cupra AND whether my Front Wishbone Rear Bush is cast or press arm?

any help would be much appreciated as im ordering powerflex bushes and i need this information.
