Hi, just recently purchased a Leon Cupra R (210) and have noticed the car sits lower on the drivers front by about 10mm.

Have checked the springs all round for obvious breakages, not sitting correctly etc. but have not found anything.

The spring on the passenger side looks new but have no notes in the documentation which is complete from new. The car has done 43k.

Short of replacing them, is there anything else I should look for?

The original springs have had 43k to settle so it sounds like you've probably found the problem. New spring on passenger front. Apart from the strut top mounts, I don't think anything else would affect it other than the obvious i.e. uneven ground etc unless the end has broken off the driver side and fallen out. I would jack it up and just make sure. I think it's always better to replace them in pairs especially for more balanced handling. Good luck

I agree with Seatmann. Springs should not be replaced individually, they should only be done in pairs. Sounds like the previous owner has been cutting corners with the maintenance. Just swap them both for new springs, they're not expensive and it's not a difficult job.

Car was jacked up yesterday, didn't unbolt anything just having a good look around. The tops still had the smaller diameter end to them. Will replace the springs on both front legs. Want to keep the original ride height, any ideas on where to purchase standard height springs other than Seat?

Eurocarparts sell original suspension parts, probably GSF too.
