Symptoms of a Blown Turbo

Anyone give me a list of a blown Turbo??

Usually it will sound like a police siren.

If its like mine which blew last night you should have lots of blue smoke, an oily smell,extreme power lost and a horrible whinning noise

Oil through the engine, oil going throught he exhaust, oil disappearing from where it should be. Turbo casing split in two, impeller not where it should be, shrapnel in the boost pipes.
