sync key fob?

hi guys,

can someone please give me the procedure as to how to sync the key fob to my car as i cant find my manual and i have replaced my key battery its a flip key 2 button on a black 03 LCR.

Yeah it involves removing the lock barrel and using a flat screwdriver to operate the lock. Windows down first though!
