That's something else on my to do list. Will be interested to see what you think.
Hoping it makes a positive impact on the shifting mate. Al at Awesome only had good things to say about it

Your motor will be an absolute weapon mate. I like the look of the shifter bushing kit, any idea how easy it is to fit?![]()
Yeah, mine will be seeing some track action next year. Only things it'll be missing should be clutch and LSD by then.
Good man.
How is your clutch now mate? Mine did ok on the track tbh, considering how hard I drove it, I expected it to die not long after if not on the track, lol. But when you think about it, it's the launches from a stand still which will kill them off. I don't really rag mine off from 1st gear as this isn't the strongest point of the car imo.
You will probably be fine on track, but if and when you decide to do the clutch, get the LSD done at the same time to save on labour costs. I wouldn't have done it separately.
Great to see things progressing Tom, I've followed your thread since i joined SCN. These will be big upgrades and those bushes will fine tune the set up no doubt. I have similar upgrades going on now too so would be interesting to hear you views, opinions etc.
Chris
Clutch is fine mate. I don't do standing starts, don't see the point in these. Cars just done 36k so clutch should keep going for a while yet. LSD and clutch will definately be done at the same time.
Exactly mate, totally agree.
And that is some low miles right there! Definitely one of the minters on the site bud. Don't rush the clutch and diff, they are not cheap![]()
Cheers mate, I cover about the same mileage as you a year. I'm not rushing to get anymore big jobs done after this round, nowts cheap this days![]()
When this is all in and you learn how to use it well, i have a feeling you could embaress some nice machinery
If he can learn how to drive
Hopefully it all goes to plan mate. Bring on the track sessions next year!!!!!!
Dam you tOm that's another £27.59 you've made me spend! I do like the idea of some track action...
To be honest with you I didn't realise they are that cheap or would of done it sooner. Plus I've got no will power.
Would be good to have another track meet. Like I said earlier I'm a bit out on a limb here in Lincolnshire. It'd be nice to meet some of you guys. Also I need to lose my track cherry.
