:D Yeap they're good fun! I'm looking forward to hearing tOm's first impression as well. :D
You can use to much steering input at first but you quickly get used to it.

I'll let you know how I get on with it the first time I feel it working when pushing on.

Should be good mate :)

VW Gear linkage bushes have arrived at my friends' garage where the work is getting done. They'll be getting fitted along with everything else.

Also looking to get the car raised back up a bit for the purpose of handling! It's too low how it is now.

Git! :p If only coilovers went up at the touch of a button..

Cough

Enjoy the reuninion Tom. I'm sure the car will feel so much more rounded with the g/box work. Hopefully no more clunky gear changes and unnescessary wheel spinning! I think CupraMVR (Awesome Technician) used the bush kit a year or so ago, and he spoke highly of it. 30 odd squids; cheap as chips, and not sure why we all haven't done this  On my list! Enjoy the 'low boost' driving buddy :)

Should do mate :) Hoping it's a nice drive and all as I hope.. Just won't be able to push it for a while as much as I usually do ;)

Get that bush kit ordered, sounds like a great mod which most of us miss.

I've got the bush kit on mine. Decent mod

More good feedback on it :D

Pointless ordeing them bushes at the moment, ordered mine yesterday, I've been told it'll be 3-4weeks before they're back in stock :(

I'll have to remember to stay well clear of this thread for a while, otherwise I may be forced to sell my step daughter so I can afford a clutch and LSD.

Noooooooooo :( Didn't realize they had that little left in stock! Mad, but it is 42 draft stuff so guess it's weeks rather than days.

Lol! :cartman: I wouldn't go that far mate, but then again.... haha just kidding!

Is that the gear linkage bushes that are out of stock ?
