Taste and decency?

So - someone has signed up to YRC and has put in the following as their message and logo for the car:


R U VXR ENOUGH?

The logo looks something like a chicken!

Is this something I should permit under my own taste and decency rule?

It's not too much to ask for basic literacy or grammar - keep the signup fee but don't use the slogan
