had some bad luck tonight, popped out to pick up a takeaway and came back out the find this
pic was taken after i drove home so alot of the glass has fallen in. im guessing it was caused by the rear demister heating the glass for less than 2min then coolin when i went to get the food.

sorry to see that in future use your demister with the window open while driving so it keeps the window cool or try not to use the demister very often ive been put off using mine as there has been a couple of members on the forum had this happen.
Green cotton filter
wee up date; last week i slapped some wind deflectors on the car. today i popped a green cotton filter in.
how often do folk clean theirs and how do you do it? also while i was at it i noticed that the air box isn't secured by the 2 screws at the front.
the new and the old, my god thats some difference in thickness.

passed MOT today 
also got A/C serviced, was told there was only 200ish grams of refrigerant in the car. to be expected since its the first time its been done.
service next month
its gonna be expensive. time for the cam belt to get done, although the cars only done about 27k miles.
got some carbon fibre 3m vinyl to wrap the front S badge if i can figure out what i'm doing

had a puncture in the last remaining original pirelli p zero nero. was the R/N/S tyre done 27000miles.
replaced with a £30 part worn hankook ventus v12.
bad news is the shity jack slipped and dented the sill. now have 2 lines about an inch long on the sill. will get pics.
also stuck some carbon vinyl on the front S badge, was my first attempt so its not great.

cheers, i was livid when i damaged the sill. makes it worse when you're the 1 to blame. i've not had any quotes for the repair yet but im gonna wait till the end of the month cos insurance is due soon. i want it done before the salt goes on the roads.
yeah there's a little knob to locate the front bars in the hole in the door shuts. the rear bars dont have this. there are black arrows on the rear windows to indicate where to tighten the bars.
