TDi HOSE DIAGRAM

Sorry chaps. I have searched and searched but i can't find the diagram for the intercooler hoses on a MK1 Leon TDi 150. Please help. I need a new FMIC inlet hose

hmmm that's weird. When I phoned the stealers, they told me hose 4 is actually a clip or nut! According to the diagram that't the hose i have a leak on. Thanks very much for the pic.

dunno what the hells goin on with number 11? it should be the pancake pipe.

Its the pic for a MK4 ibiza. I got told not to go by the diagrams for the boost pipes, as they are often wrong.

That pic is for the tdi 150 ARL engine from the leon/golf which has a FMIC the ibiza (other than the cupra tdi) has a SMIC.

These images are from ELSA workshop manuals but seat parts suppliers use ETKA parts catalouge which has the wrong image.

just been looking under my car and i have a bit of that egr type oil residue around the join on 4 and the intercooler which suggests to me a bit of a leak would it be the pipe or the bits between the pipe and the intercooler?
the car doesnt feel underpowered although ive not had the car that long.

It will be the pipe joins. I have similar leakage, the oil comes from the PCV system. I'll be replacing the seals and clips in a couple of months, when the weather gets warmer.

so its just the seals and clips then,will you be getting yours from the seat dealers or else where?
